Essie had to choose a county in Utah and then do a report about it. She chose Tooele County because she wanted to pick one that most people wouldn't choose, and because we like to go to Ophir which is a ghost town in Tooele County. Matt and I discovered Ophir several years ago and we like to go there every once in a while. It's not a true ghost town because 29 people live there. But it used to be a mining town of several thousand people, so it's pretty close to being a ghost town. Essie got an A on her report with extra credit for actually visiting her county.
